Position Summary

As a Senior Manager of Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic programs that bolster Walmart Health's vision and mission. This role requires expertise in health clinic operations and the ability to translate strategy into tactical plans across all organizational levels.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, focusing on customer and operational needs, business planning, and performance optimization.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, fostering a team-based environment and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, and values, ensuring compliance and embracing Walmart's culture of integrity and inclusion.
• Meet business needs by managing current plans and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders, and supporting community outreach events.
• Drive informed decision-making and critical issue resolution by partnering with senior leaders, creating communication strategies, and implementing a program management lifecycle.
• Enhance program management processes by evaluating improvement opportunities, developing best practices, and ensuring alignment with departmental and company strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and using Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field with 4+ years in project management, compliance, or operations management; or 6+ years' experience in these areas without a degree.
• Experience managing a budget or financial processes is preferred.
• Project Management Certification and/or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
