Job Overview

As an Associate, you will be instrumental in streamlining investment decision-making and governance processes, ensuring the end-to-end integration of portfolio quality, and supporting the rollout of tooling across the global enterprise. Responsibilities

• Shape and execute strategy for Global Transformation efforts across the Payments Organization.
• Facilitate the adoption of Objective / Key Results (OKRs) in line with Payments-wide priorities.
• Drive standardization of the Investment Governance Operating Model.
• Conduct Milestone and Execution/Delivery Tracking to improve portfolio quality.
• Establish a change management framework to support business and operational readiness.
