Position Summary

Walmart's US eCommerce cross-border team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for an experienced Manager II, Program Manager to spearhead our newly launched cross border inbound logistics service. This role is crucial for ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule, managing risks, and facilitating seamless project execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage the Project Planning Process: Collaborate cross-functionally within Walmart to streamline project planning and business reviews.
• Drive effective change management: Lead the standardization and implementation of change management processes.
• Communicate program changes and progress: Develop consolidated communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Issues: Spearhead the resolution of critical issues and oversee project completion.
• Work cross-functionally: Liaise with various teams to align product strategy with actionable roadmaps and engineering sprints.
• Build collaborative relationships: Establish trust and prioritize projects in alignment with business goals.
• Move fast: Thrive in an agile and iterative team environment, meeting aggressive deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Program Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office's intermediate functionalities.
