JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join our industry-leading investment banking team focused on Healthcare Services. This role involves developing strong client relationships, working across various banking products, and leading deals and transactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact and lead banker on deals.
• Coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers and refine marketing/execution materials.
• Oversee the creation of financial projection models and manage all risks in deals.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions and lead client negotiations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in investment banking, especially in a front office role.
• Exceptional communication skills, strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage projects independently, and synthesize large amounts of information.
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks in investment banking.
